What F-Fix does

F-Fix sits between the person whose thing is broken and the technician who can fix it. The customer reports the job over LINE with photos and a description of the fault; F-Fix produces a reference price range from the job type and the area, then passes the job to the technicians who registered that type and that area. The work it takes on is repair and maintenance in homes, buildings and shops, plus renovation and small construction jobs.

Where the reference price comes from

The ranges published here are market prices for that kind of work: not a closing price, and not a number picked to look cheaper than reality. What is actually paid is the total on the technician’s quotation, priced from the photos and details the customer sent over LINE and confirmed by the customer before work starts. If the job on site differs from the photos the price can differ too — but the technician has to say so before starting, not add it afterwards.

How one job actually moves

The customer reports the job over LINE with photos and details. F-Fix matches the technicians who take that kind of work in that area. The technician prices it from what was sent and the quotation comes back. The customer confirms the price, and only then is a visit arranged and the work started. Every job has its own tracking link, sent over LINE, showing which stage it has reached and the price that was agreed — and that is where the customer confirms the work is finished.

How technicians are screened

A technician who wants work registers a company name or their own, a phone number, the job types they take and the areas they cover. Every application is read by a person before that account can receive jobs, and one that is turned down always gets its reason back over LINE. After that, a technician only receives the jobs matching the types and areas they registered — not everything that comes into the system.

How coverage actually works

F-Fix's policy is that it accepts repair work in every province in Thailand. That is not the same fact as how many provinces have a registered technician today, and this site does not blur the two. Where technicians are already on file, scheduling is quicker; where there are few, F-Fix looks for one in a neighbouring area, which can take longer to arrange.

What this site does not claim

There are no ratings on this site, no stars and no customer testimonials, because there is no real review corpus behind them — publishing those numbers would mean inventing them. Every figure here comes from exactly three places: the list of job types served, the price ranges already published, and the policies and commitments the business has declared for itself. Beyond that, F-Fix does not name a closing price before seeing the job, and does not claim a technician is free for every job straight away.

Warranty and rework guarantee

Every job carries a 7-day warranty after completion. If the customer is not satisfied with the work, the team returns to fix it at no extra charge.
