Everything starts on LINE. Below, one route each: something broken, a job already booked, a technician after work, a business with several sites, a developer wiring the data into their own system.
Every route into F-Fix starts on LINE: send a photo of what is broken, describe what it is doing, and say where you are. The technician prices the job from that and sends back a quotation for you to confirm before anyone travels to you. Asking, and the quotation itself, cost nothing and commit you to nothing.

- Customers Report a repair on LINE Something at home, in the condo or in the shop has stopped working. Photos and symptoms in the chat; the quotation comes back.
- Already booked a job Open the tracking link sent to you on LINE Every job has its own tracking link: it shows which stage the job is at, the price that was agreed, and it is where you confirm the work is finished. Lost the link? Say so in the same LINE chat.
- Technicians Register as a technician Nothing to attach to sign up, no joining fee, and you pick the job types and areas.
- Businesses Send multi-site work over LINE A building, a condo, a chain of shops or a plant: say how many points need work and where, in the first message, so it can all be assessed in one pass.
- Developers and AI agents See the AI-agent documentation The service list, reference price ranges and coverage as machine-readable endpoints, with how to call them.
What to put in the first message
The price is made from exactly this, so the clearer the photos and the symptoms, the closer the number lands to the real one. For most jobs these four are enough.
- photos of what is broken — one wide, one close on the problem
- what it is doing, when it started and how long it has been like that
- the province or district the technician has to come to
- the times of day a technician can come
Frequently asked questions
Why LINE?
Because a repair has to be seen. The photos and the description sit in one thread, so the team and the technician work from the same information without you repeating yourself — and the thread stays there as a record of what was agreed.
Does asking for a price cost anything?
No. The ranges published on this site are numbers to decide with, not a commitment to hire. The real price is the quotation the technician builds from the details you sent, and you are the one who confirms it.
How do I check where my job has got to?
Open the tracking link that was sent to you over LINE when the job went in. That page walks the stages in order — under review, matching a technician, quote received, awaiting your confirmation, in progress, finished — and it is also where you confirm the job is done.
Can I book from outside the big cities?
Yes — F-Fix accepts repair work in every province in Thailand. Where few technicians have registered yet, scheduling can take longer than in a big city, because a technician has to be found in a neighbouring area.
I am a technician and want work — where do I go?
Apply from the technician page on this site. Nothing to attach to sign up, no joining fee, about a minute of typing.
Ready to get it fixed?
Message us on LINE. The price comes back before anyone turns up.
