For Technicians

Register as a technician with F-Fix

You can sign up today with nothing prepared. Every document field on the form can be skipped; you fill in a name, a phone number, the job types you take and the areas you cover. Your ID card and bank details are what a first payout needs, not what signing up needs. No joining fee, no deposit, at any stage.

F-Fix takes repair requests from customers over LINE, with photos and details, then sends the jobs that match the types and areas you picked to you over LINE. You choose which ones you take, and the price is yours to set from that job description — without spending a trip to go and look first. Once the customer confirms your price, you arrange the day. When the job is done and the customer has confirmed it, the payment is settled and you receive the amount you quoted. There is no app to install.

Nothing to sign up. These before you are paid.

The application is two steps, takes about a minute, and every document field in it can be skipped: step one is how to reach you, step two is the job types you take and the areas you cover. So you can start taking jobs before any paperwork exists. What the documents are for is settling a payment to you — not signing up.

To sign up, all you fill in

  • your company or shop name, or your own full name
  • a phone number we can reach you on
  • the job types you take — pick as many as apply
  • the regions or provinces you work in

Before your first payout

  • your national ID card
  • the bank account the money is transferred to
  • if you registered as a company: its DBD registration
  • if that company is VAT-registered: its PP20 certificate

Neither side of this involves money leaving your pocket: no joining fee, no deposit, nothing to pay to apply or to take a job. What is asked for is paperwork, never payment.

What happens after you apply

Fill in a two-step application

Step one: whether you are applying as a company, a shop or an individual technician, plus a name and a phone number. Step two: the job types you take and the areas you work in. Every document field in both steps can be skipped.

A person reviews it, not an algorithm

Every application is read by a person rather than auto-approved. You normally have a decision within 24 hours of pressing submit.

What the review is actually looking at

At the moment of the review, none of your documents exist in the system. So the person reading it goes by what you filled in: who you are, where you can be reached, and whether the job types and areas you picked are work you can really do. Your ID card, your bank details and any company papers are not part of this stage at all. No skills test, no credit check.

The result comes back over LINE either way

The outcome is pushed to you over LINE whether it is a yes or a no, and a no always comes with a stated reason: the system refuses to reject an application without one.

If your LINE account is not connected yet

If you filled the form in on the web rather than opening it inside LINE, the team calls the number you gave and sends a link to connect your LINE account — every job alert travels over LINE. Open the form inside LINE and the account is connected from the start.

How a job actually reaches you

A customer reports a job over LINE

The customer sends photos, describes the fault and states their area. F-Fix gives them a reference price range first, so both sides start from the same number.

The job goes to the technicians it matches

The job is matched to the technicians who registered that job type and that area, and the details arrive over LINE. A job that does not match what you picked is never sent to you.

You decide whether to take it

You read the job and choose whether to take it or leave it. If you take it, the price is yours to set from the photos and details the customer sent: the reference ranges published on this site are a starting point for their decision, not a price you are held to.

Work starts when the customer confirms the price

Once the customer confirms what you quoted, the work starts. While it runs they follow the job on their own tracking link, and they confirm it themselves when it is finished.

The payment is settled on completion

When the customer confirms the job is finished, the payment to you is set up. That is the point where you hand over your bank details and your ID card — plus the company papers if you registered as a company. The amount you receive is the price you quoted yourself.

What you control

  • The job types you take

Pick as many as apply from the repair and renovation categories that are open, and change them later.

  • The areas you work in

Pick the regions or provinces you can genuinely travel to, and change them later.

  • Each individual job

Even when a job matches what you picked, whether you take that one is still your call.

Frequently asked questions

Does applying cost anything?

No. Neither applying nor taking a job costs anything, and there is no joining fee and no deposit at any stage: what you have to have ready before a payout is paperwork, not money. The price of the work itself is the one you set.

Which documents do you need, and when?

None to sign up — every document field on the form can be skipped. Before F-Fix can pay you for a job, though, it needs your national ID card and your bank details; if you registered as a company, its DBD registration as well, and its PP20 certificate if that company is VAT-registered.

Can I sign up now and sort the paperwork out later?

Yes, and that is the normal order: you apply, hear back and start taking jobs with no documents at all. They only have to be complete by the time your first payment is settled — not before you can start.

When am I paid, and how much?

On completion. Once the customer confirms the job is finished, the payment is set up; that is when you give your bank details, and the amount you receive is the price you quoted yourself and the customer confirmed.

Can I apply without LINE?

Yes — fill the form in on the web. The team calls the number you gave and sends a link to connect your LINE account, because that is where job alerts arrive. Open the form inside LINE and the account is connected immediately.

As a company, or as an individual?

Either. The form lets you register as a company or shop, or as an individual technician: a company gives a company name and a contact person, an individual gives their own full name. The difference shows up at payout time — a company also needs its DBD registration, plus its PP20 certificate if it is VAT-registered.

Do I have to take every job you send?

No. You pick the job types and areas up front, so jobs outside them are never sent to you — and for the ones that do match, taking that particular job is still your decision.

Can I change my job types or areas later?

Yes. The job types and areas you take are not fixed on the day you apply — they can be changed later as your team or the work you want changes.

When do I hear back, and will I be told why if it is a no?

Normally within 24 hours of pressing submit. The result is pushed over LINE whether it is a yes or a no, and a no always states its reason.

Is there an app to install?

No. Both the application result and the job alerts arrive in the LINE you already use; there is no F-Fix app to install.

Applying takes about a minute

Two steps, every document field skippable, no joining fee — and a decision within 24 hours of pressing submit. The paperwork comes before your first payout, not before this.
