The real price comes from the technician’s quotation, priced from the photos and details you send on LINE rather than from a visit first. You confirm that price, and only then is the visit arranged.
A visit costs 500 baht when the technician comes from your own province and 2,000 baht from another one. It is counted inside the quote’s single total rather than billed separately, and it is not refunded if you look and decide against the repair.

- Whether tile or concrete has to be cut open to reach the pipe and made good again afterward — this adds cost on top of a job that's directly accessible

- Whether a hidden problem turns up under the floor or in the wall that wasn't visible at the first look — anything found mid-job is quoted before it's actioned, which is why the final price can sit above the initial estimate

- Don't leave a small leak for long — water that keeps seeping can damage the floor or wall around it, making the eventual repair cost more than fixing it at the first sign

Does the fixture's price include the brand-name toilet or tap itself?
No — the range shown is labour only. The fixture or fitting is quoted separately once you and the technician agree on which model and brand to use; you can supply your own fixture, or ask the technician to source one.
Will I be charged extra if a hidden problem turns up mid-job?
The technician quotes any extra cost before doing that additional work, every time — nothing is added afterward without telling you first, whether it's a hidden problem found under the floor or anywhere else.
