The real price comes from the technician’s quotation, priced from the photos and details you send on LINE rather than from a visit first. You confirm that price, and only then is the visit arranged.
A visit costs 500 baht when the technician comes from your own province and 2,000 baht from another one. It is counted inside the quote’s single total rather than billed separately, and it is not refunded if you look and decide against the repair.

- How far rust has actually eaten into the steel — surface rust that hasn't compromised the structure is a much cheaper fix than a section that's corroded through and needs replacing outright

- Fix a rust spot as soon as you notice it, before it eats deep enough to need replacing the whole section — a single-spot weld repair is far cheaper than a full replacement

My gate has rusted — can it be welded, or does it need replacing?
If the rust is surface-level and the structure is still sound, sanding it back and welding a repair is far cheaper than replacing it. If the rust has eaten through and the steel is thin or perforated, replacing that section is the sounder option rather than welding over a compromised structure.
How much more does a decorative pattern cost than a plain design?
It depends on how complex the pattern is — a cut-out or multiple curved bends take considerably more of the welder's time than a plain straight design, and the price is quoted against the actual design chosen before work starts.
Does this price include anti-rust paint?
No — the structure price shown doesn't include anti-rust primer or a top coat. That's quoted separately, and confirmed with you before the job begins.
