A visit costs 500 baht when the technician comes from your own province and 2,000 baht from another one. It is counted inside the quote’s single total rather than billed separately, and it is not refunded if you look and decide against the repair.

Frequently asked questions
The ironwork has rusted — can it still be welded, or does it need replacing?
If the rust is only on the surface and the structure is still sound, grinding it back and welding the repair works fine. If the rust has eaten deep enough to thin or perforate the steel, that section is usually better replaced than welded over.
I want security bars added to a rented villa — should I check with the landlord first?
Since it changes something fixed to the exterior, it's worth confirming with the landlord first — some cover part of the cost for a security upgrade, others expect the tenant to cover it, and it's simpler to have that settled upfront.
Is an ornate design a lot more expensive than a plain one?
It depends how ornate — cut-out patterns or multiple curved sections take more labour than straight-line work, and the technician quotes based on the design once it's chosen.
Does the price shown include anti-rust paint?
No — the steelwork price doesn't include primer or top coat. That's priced separately, confirmed before work starts.
