The real price comes from the technician’s quotation. Usually it is priced from the photos and details you send on LINE, with no visit first; for some jobs the technician needs to see the site first and then sends the quote. Either way you confirm the price, and only then does the work start.
A visit costs 500 baht when the technician comes from your own province and 2,000 baht from another one. It is counted inside the quote’s single total rather than billed separately, and it is not refunded if you look and decide against the repair.
If a job needs the technician to see the site before a quote can be given, and that look ends with you deciding against the work, whether the visit is charged depends on the job; you are told before the visit.
The quoted total covers every item you confirmed, but not replacement parts: whether any are needed can only be established on site, and if they are, they are charged on top of the total.
What changes the price
- Brand and age of the appliance — some models have hard-to-source parts that cost more
- How complex the fault is — a control board is harder to fix than a motor or belt

Frequently asked questions
My washing machine won't spin dry — does the whole machine need replacing?
Not usually. Most of the time it's the belt, the spin motor or the safety-lid switch, and that can be repaired on its own. Replacing the machine only makes sense if the parts cost comes close to the price of a new one.
The technician comes, looks at it, and I decide against repairing it — do I still pay?
Yes. The cost of coming out is already inside the total you confirmed before the technician set off, and it is not refunded if you decide against the repair after seeing it.
A landlord-supplied appliance in my rented condo broke — is that mine to sort out or the landlord's?
If it's the appliance ageing out normally, that usually falls under fixtures the landlord is responsible for; damage from how it was used may fall to the tenant. Establishing what actually failed is a separate step from settling who pays.

The price on this page is repair labour only and does not include replacement parts. Whether any are needed can only be established on site; if they are, they are charged on top of the quoted total. The visit fee is charged at the same-province or cross-province rate and counted inside that total; see the note under the price table.
