The real price comes from the technician’s quotation. Usually it is priced from the photos and details you send on LINE, with no visit first; for some jobs the technician needs to see the site first and then sends the quote. Either way you confirm the price, and only then does the work start.
A visit costs 500 baht when the technician comes from your own province and 2,000 baht from another one. It is counted inside the quote’s single total rather than billed separately, and it is not refunded if you look and decide against the repair.
If a job needs the technician to see the site before a quote can be given, and that look ends with you deciding against the work, whether the visit is charged depends on the job; you are told before the visit.
The quoted total covers every item you confirmed, but not replacement parts: whether any are needed can only be established on site, and if they are, they are charged on top of the total.

Frequently asked questions
Cracked glass — is that dangerous, does it need replacing right away?
A large crack, or glass that's close to coming loose from its frame, is worth replacing quickly for safety. A small edge crack in glass that's still held firmly in the frame can usually wait, but it's not something to leave indefinitely.
A sliding door sticks — does that always mean a new track?
Most of the time, cleaning the track and replacing worn rollers gets it running smoothly again. A full track replacement only comes up when the track itself is bent or badly corroded.
In a rental, if a door or window fault feels like a safety issue, should I report it right away rather than wait?
For anything involving cracked glass or a lock that isn't holding, yes — it's worth reporting promptly rather than waiting for a routine maintenance cycle. Working out the cause and who covers the cost can happen afterward with the landlord.
Does the price shown include the glass and any mesh screen?
No — the price shown is the frame structure and installation labour. Glass and mesh screens are quoted separately once size and type are chosen.
