The real price comes from the technician’s quotation, priced from the photos and details you send on LINE rather than from a visit first. You confirm that price, and only then is the visit arranged.

A visit costs 500 baht when the technician comes from your own province and 2,000 baht from another one. It is counted inside the quote’s single total rather than billed separately, and it is not refunded if you look and decide against the repair.

  • Paint grade chosen and how many coats it takes

The most common painting job is repainting an interior wall over the existing coat. Interior painting runs 25–45 baht per square metre as a market reference price; exterior painting that needs scaffolding runs 35–60 baht per square metre.

Frequently asked questions

Can new paint go straight over the old coat without scraping it off first?

If the existing paint is still holding firm, yes. If it's already peeling or chalking, it needs scraping or sanding first — otherwise the new coat won't adhere and comes off again quickly.

Can freshly plastered concrete be painted right away?

It's better to let the concrete cure fully first — usually 2–4 weeks — and apply a concrete-specific primer coat. Otherwise trapped moisture in the wall causes bubbling or discolouration later.

Before moving out of a rental, what condition does the paint need to be in?

That's set by whatever the lease agreed with the landlord — generally restoring the wall to how it looked at move-in. It's worth confirming the exact standard with the landlord ahead of time so there's no dispute at move-out.

Does the price shown include the paint itself?

Some packages include the paint cost; some clients prefer to buy their own paint to pick a specific brand and colour. Either way is confirmed before work starts.
